Instragram coming to Android market

The moment we've all been waiting for, well Droid users, at least. Instragram is on the verge of hitting the Droid market, so we can finally stop using the imitation apps. The popular photo sharing app, only available on the iOS market, has quite the tease on it's website.  If you are one of the many users anxious to add this great app, then go to their website and signup for notifcations. No official announcement has been made regarding a date, however it seems likely that a beta version may be released to those who provided an email.

"Paper" iPad App

I've seen this app all over my feeds the past couple of days. I decided to check it out. It's rather brilliant. "Paper" is an iPad app (like many) designed to make your iPad an apt replacement for a Notebook/Sketchbook. "Paper" however has one major benefit over the competition; simplicity. The app is a free app, only coming with one brush. So, if you want to make use of the app you really have to purchase the other brushes at $2 each (there's 4). It's nice to see developers making interesting & functional apps like this for a change. Here's a promo video -

If you like it, pick it up on the App Store! What do you guys think? Will you get it? Let us know in the comments!

Tenacious D - To Be The Best

Comedy duo "Tenacious D" compromised of Jack Black & Kyle Gass have been rather quiet over the past few years. Since their Box office movie "The Pick Of Destiny" didn't really do as well as they expected it to, they had seemed to disappear. Well, they're back! At least to an extent. The duo have released a 6 minute film parodying the last few years and what is expected from the new album. The clip features cameo's from Dave Grohl, Josh Groban & a few others. The track also premiere's a new song, "To Be The Best". Sounding very similar to old stuff, I think fans have got to ask themselves. Has this really been worth the wait? Despite this the film is rather amusing. What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments!
