Instagram Passes 27 Million Users.

Instagram, the incredibly popular mobile photo-sharing social network has just passed 27 million users. They have also mentioned that an Android app should be on the way. People seem to have mixed opinions on Instagram, some say it's a great incentive for people to take a hand at photography.
