Nas Announces Release Date
With last week’s VH1’s Behind the Music feature and the success of his latest single, “The Don”, rapper Nas has finally hit us with a release date for his tenth album, Life is Good. Four years after the Queens native last solo project, Untitled, this one is set to be released on July 17th. Since his 1994 debut project Illmatic, deemed one of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time, Nas has grown into a global icon. With a few unexpected collaborations and his inevitable ability to stay true to his New York hip-hop roots this album is sure to be “everything”. “This is everything that I’ve got to say…I guess you got to live a little, sometimes not all the time, but you’ve got to live a little and you put that in your music and it’s coming from my life;” stated the rapper in a recent interview with MTV back in March. Nas’ next Life is Good single, "Daughters" produced by No I.D., is set to drop May 1.Don't Call It A Come Back; Dre Puts A End To Tour Rumors
You cannot deny the dope factor of the holographic Tupac hitting the stage of Coachella with Snoop D.O. Double G to perform a Hip Hop ode to the West Coast. The event was so epic that it became the top story in all entertainment media buzz and social networks; resulting in the creation rumors of a possible tour. As Meek Mill once put it " Tupac back, Tupac back there’s all these bitches screaming that Tupac back!!". Well that is until Dr. Dre made it clear himself that the hologram was designed for the sole purpose of Coachella. Although there aren't any plans for the holographic hip hop giant to go on tour, don't count out the possibilities that it could happen sometime in the future. But for now try not to get to caught up in the hype of the artificial Makaveli come back.Think Like A Man

The Lorax
“I am the Lorax. I speak for the trees. I speak for the trees for the trees have no tongues” – Dr. Seuss The fourth Dr. Seuss book to hit the big screen in the past decade the Lorax will be the first one in IMAX 3D. Starting Danny DeVito, Zac Efron, and Taylor Swift the Lorax tells the story of a twelve year old boy named Ted who ends up on a crazy adventure in search of a real tree in hopes of winning the affection of his crush Audrey. Sounds like an easy task however everything in the town of “Thneed-Ville” is completely artificial. Directed by Chris Renaud and Kyle Balda this new family film is sure to be a classic.February 23, 20121 year ago
The Amazing Spider-Man
For those of us who have become captivated with the real life renditions of our favorite comic book and cartoon superheroes on the big screen for the past decade, 2012 has just become the year for us.
It seems like the summer of 2012 will be filled with new spoofs and squeals of our favorite childhood comic book heroes. Among them is the newly rebooted 3D Spider-Man movie The Amazing Spider-Man, which became the byproduct with the cancelation of Spider-Man 4. Based on the comic book, the Amazing Spider-Man, this Spider-Man film will be the fourth created under Columbia Pictures. Starting Andrew Garfield, as Peter Parker, this version of the movie shows our hero looking for answers as to what happened to his parents; copping with the changes of his new found power; battling Dr. Curt Connors, Rhys Ifans, alter ego the Lizard Man.; and of course the regular teenage problems of surviving high school and wining over the girl of his dreams Gwen Stacy, played by Emma Stone.
Very different from the original Spider-Man movie plot and storyline tell me what you think and how it will measure up to its original?
