The colour scheme shows a resemblance to one of Fieg's previous designs, the ASICS Gel-Lyte III "Salmon Toe", which was received extremely well amongst sneakerheads, and in the sneaker community. Accounting for the followup to Omar Salazar’s debut pro model with Nike SB, the upgraded 1.5 edition is undoubtedly that—an upgrade. Grey suede and tumbled leathers make for a more luxurious look, while the violet stitching and purple branding set the skate shoe off to perfection.
