Mystikal feat. Birdman & Lil Wayne - Original (Official Video)

Here it is folks, Mystikal's visual debut on Cash Money Records. For his first single "Original" under this label umbrella, the New Orleans-native teamed up with leading forces Birdman and Lil Wayne. As we have grown to expect from the CMB family, the clip celebrates the balling way of life flaunting with attractive female extras and more luxury that most money on this planet cannot buy. Big K.R.I.T releases new mixtape: 4Eva N A Day

The long awaited Big K.R.I.T mixtape has finally come. After his debut album being pushed back for an unknown feature K.R.I.T refuses to disclose, he only saw it fitting to hold his fans over with something for the time being. K.R.I.T displays his unique lyrical ability over his staple southern influenced self produced beats. Staying true to his country roots he encourages other to do the same and have pride their region on "Country rap tunes".  Classic K.R.I.T rhyming flow has never been more noticeable than on "Red eye" going back on forth with hardships of maintaining a relationship and a rap career at the same time. K.R.I.T wastes no time discussing trust issues juxtaposed with his temptation and lust, unable to choose between love and music.   Hopefully his debut album will solidify his spot as one of hip hops rising stars but as K.R.I.T says on the tape "I'm not worried about the mainstream, love from the underground is forever". Big Krit - 4Eva N A Day

It's took a while, but Big Krit has finally delivered! 17 tracks of pure class, all produced by Krit himself. Krit has got nothing but praise over the last few years, so I can only see this doing him more good! You can pick up a free copy here!

Gorillaz, Andre 3000 & James Murphy - DoYaThing (Video)

For their collaboration with Converse, Gorillaz have let loose the video for their new single which features Andre 3000 (of Outkast fame) & James Murphy (of LCD Soundsystem fame). What with Damon Alburn's notably successful band Blur getting back together along with the concerts which are sure to follow, this could be the last we hear from Gorillaz for a while. I'd say this is a good track to mark the end of an era! The video is definitely interesting, let's put it that way! What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments!

Odd Future's Loiter Crew - Trailer

Odd Future have gone and dropped their trailer for their sketch shown Loiter Crew. This is after the rather hilarious outtakes that have been floating around YouTube the past couple of days. The show is being hosted by Adult-Swim, and features most of Odd Future's crew (although strangely no Left Brain) and is predicted to be a success. It is already getting comparisons to Jackass, but whether or not their crazy personalities shine through or not is another question. Here's the trailer - Will you guys be watching? Let us know in the comments!

Dappy - Rockstar (feat. Brian May)

Here's something a little different for you FN readers. For those of you unfamiliar with Dappy, he is the frontman of rather popular UK hip-hop trio N-Dubz. He's recently started a solo career, and this second solo single features the one and only Brian May of Queen fame. The song itself is a pretty safe pop/rap mixture, with a hefty guitar solo from the legend May towards the end. The EP was released on British iTunes the Monday just gone, and should be heading worldwide fairly soon! Here's the video - What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments!

Hodgy Beats - Untitled EP

Odd Future's Hodgy Beat's has just dropped a free untitled 9 track EP. The production notes some pretty impressive names such as the likes of The Alchemist, Thelonious Martin, Flying Lotus and more! Odd Future have a new project coming up this year anyway, but this should tide you over until then. Download - here! What do you guys think? Let us know in the comments!

Chiddy Bang - Breakfast

Chiddy Bang, the Hip-Hop duo of fame for "Opposite Of Adults" (The rap that featured the MGMT sample a few years ago) have put their debut album up for sale on iTunes a week before retail sale. With their interesting choice of samples instrumentation & views on multiple topics, I can safely say it's a strong album! Here's the debut single from the album - Ray Charles - Check the album out on iTunes, & let us know what you think of it!

R.Kelly - Trapped In The Closet - Possibility Of New Chapters

Ok, I'm a little late on this. But, better late than never right? Back in December of last year R.Kelly in an interview with TMZ said that he had written 32 new chapters of his epic "hip-hopera" "Trapped In The Closet". He is however searching for funding for the project. As it stands now, it is already 22 chapters long, all of which emerged between 2005 & 2007. The video's that accompany them are absolutely hilarious, so if you can track down the DVD, I highly suggest you do! Are you a fan of the series? Let us know in the comments!

Kid Cudi- Dose of Dopeness

With the release of WZRD, the collaborative album between Dot da Genius and Kid Cudi, just around the corner, producer Dot Da Genius decided to released a track that he and Cudi did back in 2008. I think this should hold most of us over till next week when WZRD drops next Tuesday. Stream below and let us know what you think. Kendrick Lamar- Cartoon & Cereal

This released yesterday, and has created quite a buzz. No word on where this song will be placed, but it's always good to here some new Kendrick Lamar. Anyways, the song speaks for itself, so I'm through here. Stream below and let us know what you think. Kanye West, Frank Ocean & Tyler, The Creator Together In The Studio

No details have been confirmed yet, however. As has these images of them together in the studio, we can only assume that some big things are in progress. We can't see Tyler & Kanye's ego's working together too well however. What do you guys think? Frank Ocean's debut album drops later this year, and Odd Future as a collective are also putting a new mixtape out later in the year. Are you guys excited? Let us know in the comments!

Childish Gambino - Heartbeat

Donald Glover, the actor turned comedian turned rapper has just released the video for the latest single off of his debut album "Camp". The track is titled "Heartbeat", a tale of Donald's ex, who's seeing another man. With Donald's wordplay, we get some, erm interesting shall we say lyrics. Such as... "So we done? This the real sh**? We used to hold hands like field-trips. I'm a jerk, but you're dude is a real di** I read his posts on your wall and I feel sick." I'm a fan of Gambino myself, but I don't think this is a track that showcases his writing ability at his best. On the positive side, it does have a fairly catchy hook, and production which is getting compared to that of Justice. Here's the video - What do you guys think? Of the song & the video? Let us know in the comments!
