Nike Inc. presents this great animation telling the story of Tobie Hatfield, Innovation Director in NIKE’s Innovation Kitchen, and his journey towards developing the Nike Free running shoe. In the early 2000s Tobie and a group of colleagues began looking for ways to bring to life the concept of training barefoot, a technique that helps strengthen the foot. Their goal was to create a product that replicated barefoot training while offering the support and traction of a lightweight performance shoe. Enter the Nike Free.
With a new season will come a new look, as Nike have unveiled their eagerly anticipated 2012 NFL uniforms! Rather than painting each team with the same brush, Nike left it up to the 32 teams to choose their own adventure, resulting in the Seahawks summoning an all-new look, while Chicago and Kansas City enjoy subtle flips to their fits. The Raiders, Packers, Eagles, Falcons and Panthers elected to stick with the classic jersey construction, while the rest of the league will take to the turf in lightweight jerseys incorporating Flywire for a lockdown fit, mesh ventilation for cooling, and four-way stretch materials for mobility.
