Prints are a great way to spice up any outfit, no matter your style. Apparently a lot of brands agree, as prints on unconventional pieces of the wardrobe are in a lot of the summer collections. The ethnic patterns are everywhere at the moment and the prep college logos are still on a lot of sweaters. Even the army camo prints haven't died out yet. I'm myself usually quite a minimalistic dresser, but even I am looking into buying some printed pieces. The good thing about them is that they can really make an outfit pop, even if you only let a little bit of them show. Here's five of my favorites at the moment:
1. Leopard-print Sweater from APC.

The french company APC usually gets it right, even if they're usually very minimalistic. You need some guts to wear this the right way, but I think it could look really good with the right outfit.
2. Paisley shirt from Junya Watanabe.

Another bold garment, from a designer who's an expert in this field.
3. Ethnic Pattern Shirt from Our Legacy.

Quite eccentric print from the swedish company Our Legacy. Can be bought at
www.tresbienshop.com
4. Paisley-Print Shorts from Etro.

Really love this kind of subtle print. A lot easier to wear, of course.
5. Flower-Print Shirt from Hartford.

Have to say I really like these flower prints. Like I wrote before, these can really look great when you don't show all of them, maybe wearing a sport jacket or cardigan to cover some of it.
With the Swedish label continuing to impress on a number of levels, most importantly with a humble approach with traditional design ethos essential to the label evolving aesthetic. Heres an exclusive look at there line the Our Legacy Spring/Summer 2012 Collection
